At Graf Lantz, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to love your felt and leather goods. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our studio, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange.
